In 1996 “A Letter from Heaven” was copyrighted. The song was recorded in 1997 and the sound track was copyrighted in 1998. After the song was completed, it appeared necessary to come up with something to accompany the song. In 1996 the picture “A Letter from Heaven” was painted and copy righted in 1997. The picture, which went well with the song, was based on the song as well as childhood memories growing up in Heard County, GA. In 1998, the “Winter Scene,” also based on the orginal picture was painted and copyrighted. The third picture also based on the song was added entitled “Heavenly Correspondence.” The “Angel” logo was trademarked in January of 1998.

If you received a letter from heaven, what would it say?
In December of 1992, Archie Wright began to answer that question for himself. He had received a tape from his sister Faye and was sitting on his front porch listening to the tape. And hearing his mother’s voice, who had passed away nine years earlier, when an idea began to evolve. Although he was moved by the sound of his mother’s voice, he would not be able to finish the words until early September in 1995 soon after his father had passed away. The song that came to be known as “A Letter from Heaven.”
